A little guidance

Here to make
things clearer.

Your transfer questions

Where can I see my transfer?

Open My transfers on the browser where you started. Before the expiry shown on your transfer, use its reference and private recovery code to open tracking on one additional browser. The code works once. Only the original browser can continue payment.

My quote has expired. What should I do?

If payment has not been requested, choose “Update your quote” on the review page. Your recipient details are saved, and you can review the new rate and total. If payment has already been requested or you have already paid, check the saved transfer first. An expired quote does not confirm that a payment failed.

I paid, but the page still says waiting.

Open My transfers, choose your saved transfer and refresh its status. A payment can take time to confirm. Do not pay again for the same transfer while the result is being checked. “Checking payment setup” means the original request is still being checked; keep the reference and follow that transfer.

Does “payment received” mean my recipient has the money?

Payment received confirms the funding step. Your tracking page will say “Money delivered” only after the delivery network confirms the payout.

What if delivery is delayed or unsuccessful?

Keep your transfer reference and follow the status on your tracking page. We check the original transfer while delivery remains uncertain. Do not send another payment for it. A delayed result does not prove failure, and an unsuccessful delivery does not mean a refund is complete. “Money delivered” and “Payment refunded” appear only after their respective outcomes are confirmed.

How do I save my receipt?

After payment is verified, open “View receipt” on your transfer. Choose “Print / save as PDF” and select your browser’s PDF option. A demo receipt is clearly labelled and is not proof of real payment.

I lost the recovery code.

If your original browser still has access and the code is unused and unexpired, open the transfer and expand “Show private recovery code.” Used or expired codes cannot open tracking on a new browser. The reference alone cannot unlock the transfer.

Someone else has my recovery code.

Open the transfer on your original browser and choose “Remove recovery access.” This disables the code and any tracking access it granted. Your original browser keeps access. No replacement code is issued.

Can I send real money in this version?

Payment is available only for a transfer with valid sender verification, approval and an available checkout. Follow the instructions on your saved transfer. A quote alone does not mean payment or delivery has been confirmed.
